Created and managed engaging social content for Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for The Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel, The Heights, and Brim House.
Photographed and edited all original content in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. Created promotional videos for the hotel and its two restaurants via Adobe Premiere Rush.
Served as the community manager for all guest feedback and complaints.
